I was raised Southern Baptist, growing up immersed in the church. I was taught about Jesus’ love but also consumed by fear—of hell, demons, Satan, and the apocalypse. My worldview was shaped by strict conservative values, leaving little room for doubt.

At 19, I broke free from the church, to the deep disappointment of my entire family. I left behind everything I knew and began a journey of self-discovery. In my early twenties, I realized I no longer believed in God. Today, I describe myself as an agnostic atheist—agnostic because I acknowledge that we can’t know everything, and atheist because I no longer believe in a god.

In 2021, I started making TikTok videos to challenge oppressive religious beliefs and ideologies for those questioning their faith. My account quickly grew to over 200,000 followers. In 2022, I expanded to YouTube, where I reached over 100,000 subscribers, creating content about deconstruction, Bible stories, Christian ideologies, and apologetics. My approach has always been grounded in reality, compassion, understanding, and empathy. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to be free and to follow their most authentic path, no matter what others think.

But in November 2024, the world changed. With the election, it became clear that the same authoritarianism, fear, and oppression I had spent years dissecting in Christianity were now deeply embedded in our political system. The content I had been creating about critical thinking, empathy, and resistance to authoritarian control naturally applied to the current crisis in the U.S. I realized I had to pivot—to help people approach these issues with clarity and confidence.

I believe in justice, fairness, and truth. I believe in resistance. And I believe that freedom is a right worth fighting for. Through my platform, I aim to empower, inspire, and remind everyone that we are not powerless. We can fight back. We can demand better. And together, we can build a future worth believing in.
